Day 206

I looove sushi.  Granted I'm not the most adventurous sushi eater and by no means would I say that I'm a sushi connoisseur, but I enjoy a little rice prepared with rice vinegar, seaweed, roe, veggies, and raw fish. Here's what I treated myself to today.

This one had shrimp tempura inside and some kind of hot fish, creamy, and spicy sauce on top.  It was amazing.

This one is one of my staples.  Shrimp tempura.  Plain and simple.
Both were, of course, eaten with reduced sodium soy sauce.  Be good to your body and do the same.
