I was feeling pretty good about myself today. I had a job interview and felt pretty darn good about it. So I treated myself to Pappadeux.
Nothing crazy, just some delicious shrimp cocktail and a nice cold glass of Riesling.
And boy was that cocktail sauce hot. I put the entire glob of horseradish in, gave it a stir, and dug right in. Delish and I deserved it!
